THE PROBLEM OF KETOGENIC DIET

THE PROBLEM  OF KETOGENIC DIET

In the ketogenic diet and the carbohydrate-rich vegetables, whole substance groups as grains and fruits are almost entirely omitted from the diet. A deficit of micronutrients, which mainly occur in the groups mentioned above, is possible even with normal mixed-food nutrition and even more so with this ketogenic diet. techqueer

Even more important to me personally is that when the fat deposits melt off, the environmental toxins are released. Many of these toxins are fat-soluble (lipophilic) and are thankfully stored in adipose tissue as a kind of landfill. It makes perfect sense under normal circumstances. However, if you dissolve the garbage-fat landfill through this diet, and if their pollutants are released, it depends on the individual detoxification capacity and the supply of detoxifying micronutrients whether you overstrain the detoxification capacity.  digitalknowledgetoday

Last but not least, fatty acids are acids, and proteins are acidic too. Both together could disrupt the acid-base balance and, thus, in turn, detoxification.  healthnutritionhints

THE SOLUTION

The less the liver is confronted with degradation substances other than its own, the better. If possible, unprocessed organic food is recommended. As long as you can still see what you are eating, things will work!   smartdiethealth

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

I followed a ketogenic diet from October 16, 2019, until the writing of these lines on January 26, 2020 (14 weeks), with the aim of weight loss. Also, a daily training program (around ½ hour swimming [50 lengths of 25m] or mountain walking [600 meters in altitude]). Since these 14 weeks, 16kg less are on the scales.  healthfitnesschampion

Although I eat many vegetables every day, I wanted to achieve targeted micronutrient supplementation through the intake of food supplements.

OPTIMIZE DETOXIFICATION

To put it simply, I have developed a multi-preparation for people who also want to change their diet for health reasons during this time, to allow precisely those metabolic steps to run optimally. It ideally complements with an extra portion of bases.

REDUCTION OF TIREDNESS AND FATIGUE

Already in 2013, I was accompanied and tormented by muscle cramps, especially at night, when I tried a low carb diet myself. A sufficient magnesium intake right from the start and still without symptoms could completely prevent my cramps this time.

magnesium

As a caveat, most of my keto patients have no cramps problems. Nevertheless, I recommend taking it because, on the one hand, magnesium is alkaline, and on the other hand, it promotes bowel movements.

METABOLIC TUNING

The right nutritional supplements at the right time. Two tips should be discussed at this point.

·        Endurance sport entirely promotes the balance between the occurring weight loss in fat mass and muscle training to remain strengthened. Without accompanying activity, the muscles would also be melted down to generate energy.

Carnitine and coenzyme Q10, which are also available in a multi-preparation, support energy metabolism.

·        Focus: sport

This is ideally taken ½ to 1 hour before physical activity.

Especially with increased fat burning during endurance sports, there is also additional exposure to oxidation products that are anti-oxidized and rendered harmless by lipoic acid. As a universal antioxidant that can be both water-soluble and fat-soluble, I am thrilled to recommend lipoic acid. Lipoic acid is the most potent antioxidant substance. Furthermore, lipoic acid has chelating properties, so those undesirable substances from the fat deposits are also bound. Finally, it promotes sugar utilization through its combined effect with vitamin B1.
